Submitting an enquiry or booking form does not guarantee a place on a programme. Bookings are confirmed only when we send you a confirmation email and receive payment where required.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before the start of any programme unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by You

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the programme: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before: 50% refund or transfer to another date
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: No refund, but transfer may be possible

Cancellation by Us

If we need to cancel a programme, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date at no extra cost.
